This picture of Batman and Robin is on the wall of the old Couplands Bakery in Armagh Street.
The picture is the work of Mark Catley. He uses a technique called wheatpasting and pastes only on unpainted plywood hoardings so that the images are seen as temporary artworks rather than graffiti.
In the TV series Robin was renowned for saying loudly “Holy… Batman, what do we do now?” In this instance would he say “Holy wheatpaste”?
