We had a scrumptious breakfast at Black Betty, where the Madras Cafe Bookshop used to be. Breakfast stack for me, with potato, mushroom, tomato, poached egg, spinach and bacon twirls. Stephen had the big breakfast.
This is the first time we’ve eaten at Black Betty, and friends tell us the excellent quality is consistent. A sister blogger, Fi from Four Paws and Whiskers, was there too, with her adorable dog, Poppy.
I like the footpath sign outside, which probably attracts Circo-Arts students from CPIT.
Have you visited Black Betty yet?

is just the place to have a snack.”
