The Asphalt Brothers Skiffle Band provided entertainment while I ate my lunch, part of the World Buskers’ Festival. I’ve seen them before and enjoy their variety of Rock, Blues, Jazz, and Country music.

They play a variety of instruments, even a washboard, and they have a topical song about the Earthquake Commission. We’re lucky to have such a great local band.
“Some buskers come from far away
I hope these ones are here to stay.”
The World Buskers’ Festival sounds great fun and this band sound really versatile. Great weather for live music.
It’s great that the Festival has some venues in the Restart Mall this year.
