The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2012 annual report for my blog.
Here’s an excerpt:
“4,329 films were submitted to the 2012 Cannes Film Festival. This blog had 31,000 views in 2012. If each view were a film, this blog would power 7 Film Festivals.”
I made 353 blog posts and uploaded 624 pictures. My most prolific commenters were OrdinaryGoodness (Lynley), Juliet, and Carol. Many thanks to those three and all the others who took the trouble to visit and sometimes comment. Interaction with readers is what I find most satisfying about blogging. Please keep the comments coming.
Visitors came from 111 different countries. Most were from Aotearoa New Zealand, with United States and United Kingdom next.

Juliet, I find the stat’s are a great motivator, and it’s always interesting to see how visitors have found your blog and what they were searching for.
