We were surprised to see this brand new vehicle in the supermarket car park. It must have come straight off the “Hoegh Chennai”, a vehicle autoliner that calls regularly at Lyttelton.
Apparently the driver considered that shopping was a higher priority than organising registration.
“The supermarket need was great
and came before a number plate.”

Maybe you could engage your services to the police…for a fee…….
Nice couplet Ruth, it made me smile.
Carol, I just keep my eyes open for anything unusual, and always carry my camera.
Juliet, glad you liked the couplet.
A digital camera is another item in my handbag or tote now Ruth. The day I forget it, is the day I miss a great shot. I like the unusual – keep the posts coming.
OG, I couldn’t blog nearly so often if it wasn’t for the inspiration I get from scenes I photograph – a camera is definitely essential, especially as the Christchurch scene changes daily.
