Belladonna Lily

 

This lovely lily has just burst into flower in the Cottage garden.  It’s also called Naked Lady (or Amaryllis) because it flowers on its own after the foliage has died.

“The Naked Lady’s on her own
She flowers when all her leaves have flown.”
